At TechNovaTrends, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Order Delays
Most U.S. orders arrive on time, but if your package is delayed, we’ve got you covered.
You may request support if your package has not arrived within 45 days from the day it was shipped.
We will investigate the delay with our shipping partners and work toward the best resolution possible.
Please note:
Orders delayed due to incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds or reshipments.
2. Package Marked “Delivered,” But You Didn’t Receive It
If tracking shows “Delivered,” but you don’t have your package:
Check your mailbox, porch, and around your property
Ask neighbors or apartment/office staff
Allow 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)
Contact your local USPS/UPS for delivery details
If it still cannot be located, contact us at support@technovatrends.shop
with any carrier notes or proof. We will help verify the issue with the carrier.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or not working, we want to fix it fast.
You are eligible for:
Replacement or refund for severely damaged or defective products
Partial refund or replacement for minor cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, packaging damage)
To process your claim, please send clear photos or videos.
For electronic items, issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
4. Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive:
✔ The wrong product
We will replace or refund your order.
✔ Missing parts or accessories
We will ship the missing parts or provide a replacement.
✔ Wrong color or size
If it doesn’t affect the product’s function, we will replace or refund once provided with a photo for verification.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order is in fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible.
